They refused to fix the mistake they made when having my gas tank out. Had to fix their mistake myself and they would not own up to it. Very disappointed in the dealership's communication and responsibility gas tank out. Had to fix their mistake myself and they would not own up to it. Horrible Freddy would never call me back! My vehicle was at the dealership for 4 weeks Freddy said that he couldn't get parts approved through Enterprise Fleet. I had to drive to the dealersh My vehicle was at the dealership for 4 weeks Freddy said that he couldn't get parts approved through Enterprise Fleet. I had to drive to the dealership twice to find out about the vehicle because he doesn't return calls! I took my vehicle from the dealership to a local auto care shop and they completed the work in 1 day! More
