He made the entire process so smooth and was so extremely reassuring, and compassionate while remaining professional. I know he did absolutely whatever he could do to make sure I left with what I came in wanting. I thought it would be impossible, but he worked with me and was absolutely wonderful. He doesn't even know the impact this will have on my life. I left feeling emotional but in a much better way than when I first walked in.
