Fred Sims sales consultant, took us for a test drive & explained everything in great detail for the Odyssey EX-L. He was excellent at answering all of our questions & very personable. He reassured us that should we have any problems or questions we could call him or stop in & he would be of assistance. It was a truly hassle free experience & made car shopping actually enjoyable. Every step in the process was transparent, and there were absolutely NO instances that my wife or I felt as if we were being sweet-talked or taken advantage of. Fred, Nick, Laurie, and Bob all took extra time to ask about our kids' names & genuinely engage with them. As Nick was going over some numbers, Fred actually watched over the kids in the toy room. Seriously. Knowing we had three kiddos with us, Randall came out to the sales floor to talk to us about aftermarket products to minimize the time that needs to be spent in another office. Fair trade allowance, competitive pricing, and a transparent sales process – I will never go anywhere else. More

In that conversation we settled in what I was looking for in a very detailed way. Frederick was very informative and said he would set some colors of available cars for me to look at. He also had a “demo” car waiting for me to road test. He saved me a lot of time due to being prepared with the details of what I was looking for. The day I bought the car Frederick greeted me immediately. I found him to be extremely friendly and super knowledgeable about all aspects of the CRV. He explained everything I needed to know and then took me to the demo and explained every feature that the car had to offer, I was amazed at his knowledge. He answered every question I had in a very understandable manner. I was “over-the-top” satisfied with my whole experience at Valley Honda. (Especially Frederick)! More
