I highly recommended him and valley Honda to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. I was interested in two different vehicles and Fred showed me what the difference was between the two and what the similarities where between the two. Fred also took the time on each vehicle and explained all the safety features and what every button did before I ever took the car out for a test drive. Fred was very easy to work with and I never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. If I didn’t like something about the car either the color or it had a small mark on it that could of been buffed out Fred sent for another car. It was really a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to doing business with valley Honda again. I’ve always had a great experience with the service department, the mechanics and now the ease of the sales department and the finance department. Thank you very much Fred for everything you did to make my car buying easy. More

Jab is actually a Lisle graduate, he made us feel like immediate family when looking on the showroom floor. We went on a Saturday with only the intentions of looking, test driving, and discussing finances on a new vehicle. The showrooms Internet was down that day but there wasn't any slack in the customer service. Fred Sims was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. We knew what we were looking for and he didn't try to over-sell us on anything. As I mentioned, we didn't want to purchase anything that day but we ended up finding exactly what we wanted! And only thanks to Fred and Jab for wanting to make us happy. More
