Even with the shortage of computer chips delaying the delivery of our new 2022 Odyssey, Fred kept us updated regularly about delivery dates. I typically hate buying a vehicle ,past experiences have not been pleasant . After spending 3 weeks on our active car search, we couldn't be happier with the way things ended at Valley Honda. The car that we came in to look for that we saw on their website had unfortunately sol couldn't be happier with the way things ended at Valley Honda. The car that we came in to look for that we saw on their website had unfortunately sold that morning, but Fred was not going to let us be dismayed by that. Before we were even approached by a salesman, we had had time to walk through the used cars on the lot, which were all clearly marked and easy to shop, including a QR code on each one to pull it up on the website. We found a beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe that was at the top of our price range, but we wanted to give it a try. Fred was very friendly, chatted with us while he got some information put in, and took us on a test drive, talking to us the entire time, not just about the car but about our experiences and what we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the trade in and the features it had. When we were ready for the sale process, everyone involved was very patient. They made sure that we were comfortable, while they tried very hard to match the financing rate that we were already given from our bank. The patience and the willingness to work with us were both very important to us, as several of the car lots that we had gone to before this were very pushy, pressurey, and tried to get us into something newer or squeak our price range up. Even though the entire process took a few hours, Fred checked in with us often, and made sure that we were comfortable, any questions that we had were answered. We were very happy with the quality vehicle we went home with. 100% when we are eventually looking for another car Valley Honda will be first on our list. More

The cherry on top of the cake was our common interests- talking with Frederick was like talking to a close friend. In between the very easy going and straightforward negotiation process, we joked about how bad the Chicago Bears are and how we as Chicagoans are cursed for life with a bad football team...Great stuff!
