I went to Honda of Southaven to buy a vehicle and the experience was not positive. The interest rate and other important details were not informed to me before signing, and when I tried to resolve it lat experience was not positive. The interest rate and other important details were not informed to me before signing, and when I tried to resolve it later, I did not receive the expected cooperation. I think the dealer should improve transparency with the customer. More

Ms. Kelli was busy. I found her to be rude, cutting me off and not allowing me to finish my thoughts. It was my opinion that she was frustrated with me asking questions and needing clarity as it pertaine off and not allowing me to finish my thoughts. It was my opinion that she was frustrated with me asking questions and needing clarity as it pertained to my options. I will say, at the end, she did deliver my car the day she promised. She also delivered on the pick up time. It was within reason(4:30 - 5:00pm -perfect for my work schedule). As far as her curbside manners, I was not impressed. And would not like to have her again.
