Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

We had visited 4 other dealerships in the week prior to coming to Heritage and working with Frankie. He was hands down the best salesperson we met with. Most importantly, we felt like he was genuine, honest and trustworthy. That can be very hard to come by these days so you should do everything you can to keep him on your staff. I don't enjoy car shopping, but Frankie and Heritage made it as pleasant as possible. I felt like they listened to my needs and arranged a deal that would work for both parties.
