Went to change my tire and it took approximately 4-5 hours. I had to call every insurance company instead of them helping me out. Frank kept telling me that I wasn’t covered although I knew I was. Denis Deljanin is and always has been the best service advisor every year. I stay true to Rallye for him and him only. This place would be nothing without his dedication. No matter the problem he always c advisor every year. I stay true to Rallye for him and him only. This place would be nothing without his dedication. No matter the problem he always comes through and is honest. He doesn’t pester with phone calls or texts but when the job is done correctly he is on top of getting my car back to me. The loaner cars are usually non existent and this guy seems to always get me one even last second. More
