My whole experience with Sloane was exceptional. Everyone there starting with my initial online inquiry throughout me driving home in my new car were amazing. Frank was thorough professional so far. The process of buying the car took less than 2 hours. The only thing that is pending with Sloane Toyota/ Frank is refund of the pro rata TWP policy amount that I ha buying the car took less than 2 hours. The only thing that is pending with Sloane Toyota/ Frank is refund of the pro rata TWP policy amount that I had in my car which was traded in. Frank has assured that the money will be refunded soon.
