If I could give this dealership a negative rating I would. Absolutely horrible service Rob the service manager was completely inappropriate. If I could give a negative I would. He was the absolute worst service manager I’ve ever encountered. I strongly urge people not to do business at this establishment. Rob was yelling at He was the absolute worst service manager I’ve ever encountered. I strongly urge people not to do business at this establishment. Rob was yelling at me in front of my four year old. Then told me “I don’t want to fix your car” after canceling numerous appointments and not fixing the same issue four different times. Completely inappropriate and disgusting. Stay away! More
