Service was great, their trade in offer, was not. I went in for service, and while I was there I decided to look around and see what they have to offer. I found a truck that matched mostly what I want I went in for service, and while I was there I decided to look around and see what they have to offer. I found a truck that matched mostly what I wanted, but wasn’t exact. They tried to work up some numbers, and the offer they gave me on my car for trade-in was about 3000 less than the book. I’m also glad this happened because I was able to look around and find a much better deal at another Ford dealership nearby in Brandon. The dealer fee at this dealership is astronomical and was one of the other reasons that I looked elsewhere. More

Since it was close to 30,000 miles they suggested several filters also be replaced. Everything was done quickly. However, soon after starting my trip the tire pressure warning came on. I had to refill the tire several times during the trip until I reached a location to have it inspected and repaired. It turns out there was a rivet embedded in the tire. Good thing I carry an emergency air pump in the car. More
