Very pleasant 1st experience This was our first visit to Ford of Port Richey. The service manager assistant Frank and the cashier were very pleasant and went out of their way for This was our first visit to Ford of Port Richey. We were also greeted upon our arrival that helped us navigate through the process at your service department. We had to return same day for low air warning that popped up after we left and Frank had us return and got us taken care of immediately. More

Good if you prefer paying dealer prices on repairs I go here for recalls and deals on oil changes. Major repairs are just way over priced. The staff is super nice and they are fast in the repairs.
