Recently had my F150 serviced at Ford of Port Richey. Frank was my service advisor again. He remembered me by name over the phone from previous visits. I had my truck towed to the dealership as I was stu Frank was my service advisor again. He remembered me by name over the phone from previous visits. I had my truck towed to the dealership as I was stuck at work. He got right to it, diagnosing the repair, getting in touch with the warranty company and notifying me of everything going on. Unfortunately my truck was there for three days due to the warranty company. Frank consistently kept me informed of what was going on and calling me as soon as any information changed. Exceptional Customer Service always when I get my truck serviced there.Big Thanks to their awesome staff! More
