I had a nail in my tire and the tire had to be replaced. I was very happy to have the tire warranty and the service technician handled everything. The dealership seems well run and organized. Several issues surfaced. 1). The check engine light was on when I left the lot to drive home. The used car certification failed to fix it I had Several issues surfaced. 1). The check engine light was on when I left the lot to drive home. The used car certification failed to fix it I had to return the next day to put the car in the shop. 2). The salesman wasn’t knowledgeable about the fees that were added to the sales offer. The manager was called to explain the fees. Also the sales rep wasn’t completely known about the features of the vehicle. More
