She greeted us with a smile and made sure we were comfortable. She asked us what we were looking for, what we were interested in, what our range was. We had a bad experience with another dealership but Shelby turned that experience around for us with her great customer service skills. She kept us updated during the whole process and worked with our price range, what we qualified for. It was a long day for everyone but Shelby made the process seem effortless. We got to talk and find out things that we all could relate to. She made us laugh, smile and made us feel comfortable. This was the same experience with finance, they took the time to go over our paper work and not rush through it. They actually sat down with us and was very transparent about things something that’s rare to find at dealerships. Our overall experience at Midway Chevrolet was great!
