Regrettably, my experience with Land Rover Princeton has been deeply disappointing and distressing. A subsequent representative, Jeff O’Brien, promised a March delivery, prompting the sharing of sensitive information. Shockingly, O’Brien called on January 17 to cancel the order. As a loyal customer for over a decade, this abrupt cancellation, coupled with the mishandling of sensitive data, raises serious concerns about the dealership's integrity. Currently Urgent investigation with LRJ Corporate and NJ Consumer affairs regarding obtaining sensitive information and having no intention of delivering ordered cars after a year wait. More
