My experience at Younger Nissan was great! I could not believe how quick and painless it was. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. I had a great sales person, Frank, he delivered my car to my house. Finance manager Edward, he is very nice, doubled checked everything to make sure all paperwork work was in proper order. A sales person took the time to explain all the features to us. I know it was his job, but he just genuinely seemed to enjoy it. I will tell my friends if they are looking for a great place to purchase a car, Younger Nissan is a great place. I also want to thank Tony, I know he wasn’t there on Saturday but if it had not been for him in constant contact with me regarding the Nissan Rouge I would have probably missed out. Thank you Tony! Well we will see if this review gets posted. My wife and we’re looking to buy a new car. and we ended up at younger Nissan. From the begging it was a fight to get what I want in buy a new car. They wanted m we’re looking to buy a new car. and we ended up at younger Nissan. From the begging it was a fight to get what I want in buy a new car. They wanted me to put a non refundable despot on a car that they did not have on the lot. And did not have chance to see or drive the car. I did get them to bring in the car I wanted with out the deposit. I had been to 3 other dealerships before coming here. All the other dealerships offered me a military discount. Younger would not.. the financial offer tried selling me the car on a monthly chart without showing me the true cost of the car.it was always about making the sell and not taking care of the customer.. when we finally got done with the paperwork on the computer she printed out the papers and folded them up and put them an envelope without me being able to review the hard copies. I could have said let me review the papers but was to tried to care at that point.we did buy the car. They did offered to return our rental car to enterprise of which I did I appreciate the offer. That was on Monday night I stop by enterprise on Wednesday they did not know I had returned the car on Monday. I went back to younger and my rental car was still. On a positive note I was impressed with Jay as he showed us how to work the things in our new car. We are in love with the car and looking forward to keeping it for a long time. Younger still has a chance to redeem themselves with the service department. Looking forward to build a good relationship with them. Thank you Dennis GOD BLESS More
