I recently moved out of state and had to buy a vehicle from a different dealership because my RAV that I had bought from Frank was totaled. My new salesperson was in a rush to make the sale, and the manag from a different dealership because my RAV that I had bought from Frank was totaled. My new salesperson was in a rush to make the sale, and the manager never came out to say hello or congrats on the purchase. Frank was very knowledgeable about the RAV4 hybrid and spent time with me when I inquired about a purchase during a service/maintenance of an existing RAV4. When we came in to purchase a vehicle, he wasn spent time with me when I inquired about a purchase during a service/maintenance of an existing RAV4. When we came in to purchase a vehicle, he wasn't there and didn't know we were coming into the dealership. The staff stepped up, including the manager and another salesman my husband had spoken to earlier that day. We purchased the RAV4 hybrid and were treated well throughout the purchase process. Anderson has been a great dealer and one I've recommended and a while ago I would have rated it 5 stars. But things are slipping and the 4 stars is not a strong 4. More like a 3.5. First, one thing that was and a while ago I would have rated it 5 stars. But things are slipping and the 4 stars is not a strong 4. More like a 3.5. First, one thing that was refreshing a few years ago. They did not try "sticking" the customer with profit added "addons" (paint treatment, fabric coatings, life insurance, phony insurance policies, etc.) Now every sticker has all this nonsense on it. If it stays like this it may be the last vehicle I purchase there. Another issue coming up is quality of service in the service center is decreasing. Recently a misdiagnosis on brake work cost me additional $$$, another issue had come up on another car, where the battery terminal was left loose and air filter housing was not reattached. Hopefully this will be read and taken to heart. Myself and my family have relied on Anderson over the years and things like what I am seeing now, bother me. More
