He would call or text to check in with me and make sure I had the info I needed during the decision making process but wasn't overly pushy. Frank was extremely knowledgable and was able to tell me everything I needed to know about any car I was interested in The management checked in a couple of times and were also very friendly and always offering to help where they could. When I finally decided and Tony helped me with the finances, he was super friendly and got me the best discounts he could.
