First ever visit on March 22 in search of a 2002 Forester. There were no 2002 Foresters in stock. There was only a used Forester available which was on a test drive with a previous customer. Having Forester. There were no 2002 Foresters in stock. There was only a used Forester available which was on a test drive with a previous customer. Having never owned a Forester, we don't buy anything without a test drive. Flo offered Outbacks after we told him of our disinterest in them. He said his current allocation list was already full with customer orders. I inquired about a fleet, loaner or a manager's Forester for a possible test drive but he could not arrange it without an appointment. Being still interested in purchasing a new Forester, we left our contact info with Flo - name, email, and cell #. We watched him input this info into his cell phone. We asked him to email any dealer or Subaru links to us. To top it off, I requested his business card but he replied that Subaru has not printed them due to Covid-19! To conclude, we have not heard from anyone since March 22 by phone, text or email. Just wondering if Flo is still employed there and why? More

It all start at the beginning of January when I sat down with Dan Ramirez to possibly order a new Subaru Legacy. We hammered out the details of my car purchase and I asked Dan if they could give me an idea with Dan Ramirez to possibly order a new Subaru Legacy. We hammered out the details of my car purchase and I asked Dan if they could give me an idea of what my car was worth on trade in. I understood that they couldn't give me a price that would be good when the new car came in 2 months later, but I wanted an idea of where the dealership stood on the value of my car, to help me decide whether to trade it in with them or sell it Carmax of even to a private party. Dan told me how they wouldn't give me a trade in quote now because it wouldn't be good in two weeks. But then he said that they are, "giving Kelly blue book trade in value for used cars." So I said, "So I can count on getting KBB trade in value from you guys when my car gets here?" He said yes. And then told me he would update me as we got closer to a delivery date so that I could sell my car outright if I decided to go that route. Okay, so my car was set to arrive in March, but in February I got a text from Dan that said it was pushed back to April. Not the dealerships fault. Then I heard nothing from the dealership for over a month, no updates on when my car was scheduled for delivery. Then on March 31st, I got a call from the dealership telling me that my car had arrived that morning and I had 72 hours to pick it up. I told them that I would like to come in and have them appraise my trade in and they scheduled me for that afternoon. The salesman that I ordered the car from was off until the weekend so they set me up with Florencio "Flo" Pineda. We sat down at his desk and pulled up my paperwork on the order and he then walked us back to see our new Legacy XT Limited. It was beautiful! Flo then told us to take it out for a spin while he got my car appraised. Sounded good. When we arrived back to the dealership about 20 minute later we sat back down at the desk and waited for the trade in number. I must say, having dealt with car dealerships over 20 times on new car purchases I have a feeling about how things would go and I didn't feel good about it. Kelly blue book on my vehicle, for a vehicle in good condition, trade in value was between $23,500 and $25,300 with a fair market trade in value of $24,400. That was the number I was hoping for based on what Dan Ramirez had told me about the dealership offering KBB trade in values. I told my wife that I would consider going down to the low end at $23,500 but if they came in under that it would be a deal breaker. Well, they came back with a number of $22,000. While I was disappointed, I wasn't surprised. This is what car dealerships do. They LIE!!! So I told Flo about what Dan had told us when we ordered the vehicle, and with an arrogant and condescending tone, he king of chuckled and said that Dan shouldn't have told us that. BUT HE DID TELL US THAT!! Your sales rep, told me that, so get him in here and explain why he told us that and why you guys don't hold true to what your employees tell their customers. Well, that wasn't going to happen. Here's where it really went off the rails. I said that I couldn't take $22,000 for my car and that I would like to take the 72 hours that I was told I had to pick up the car and use that time to try and sell my car to someone else. I was then informed that since I came in and test drove the car, that I no longer had the 72 hour window. I had to purchase the car that very day or they would sell it to someone else if they had the chance. Hells bells!!! It was Flo's idea that we take the car out will they appraised my vehicle. They never said that if you drive the car, you have to buy it today. I was shocked beyond belief!!!! I was ready to walk out the door, absolutely disgusted with Wilsonville Subaru. I really wanted the car, so what we did instead was, we went online to Carmax and got a quote from them to purchase my car for $23,400, only $100 lower than my cutoff and $14,000 more than what Wilsonville Subaru was willing to give us. We drove to Salem Carmax and sold our car to them and purchased the Subaru. FYI Carmax is awesome!!!! One of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. As for Wilsonville Subaru, other than ordering the car, they did nothing for us. Worst experience of my life. I'm 57 years old get a new car every 3 years or so and I have never felt so unappreciated. Go to another dealership if you want a Subaru. My neighbor went to Capital Subaru in Salem after experiencing the horrible service at Wilsonville Subaru, so you might want to try them first. More

My wife and I ordered a car in late November to arrive at the end of January. Alonso kept us informed about any changes to delivery time throughout that period. When the car arrived, he called and told us to the end of January. Alonso kept us informed about any changes to delivery time throughout that period. When the car arrived, he called and told us to come in. He was ready with all of our paperwork and the car was detailed and ready to go. He was very knowledgeable about both the car and the process for purchasing it. He was courteous and helpful and has followed up with a call within a week to see if there was anything we needed and if we liked the car. His service was great and we do like the car. I will recommend Alonso and Wilsonville Subaru to any one in the market for a car. More

Best Dealership Ever! Everything was so easy. Karen Escajada was the best! There was no games or back and forth over price. Just straight forward honest information. I never felt like they were playing Escajada was the best! There was no games or back and forth over price. Just straight forward honest information. I never felt like they were playing games, which I thought every dealership in the world did. Financing was so easy. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Wilsonville Subaru's slogan is "NO BULL." Well they don't have a bull on the premises, this is true, and yet somehow they have truckloads of B.S. Maybe they have it shipped in instead of cars. Wil don't have a bull on the premises, this is true, and yet somehow they have truckloads of B.S. Maybe they have it shipped in instead of cars. Wilsonville Subaru has the usual B.S. we're all familiar with at car lots, but wait, there's more! There's also Bait & Switch. Huh, that can be abbreviated as B.S. as well. Wilsonville Subaru's website indicates that the following new Crosstrek's are in stock: VIN: JF2GTAPC3MH659016 STOCK: 81920 VIN: JF2GTAPC6M8657924 STOCK: 81922 VIN: JF2GTHMC3MH658140 STOCK: 81932 When I asked to see one, the extremely fast talking salesman (literally, I haven't heard anyone speak at that speed since John Moschitta was the spokesman for Mini Micro Machines) rapidly blurted out "we have a Crosstrek right oustide in the lot certified pre-owned. Me: "I'm only interested in new, thanks" Fast Talker: "wedon'thaveanynewCrosstreksinatthistimebutthecertifiedpreowned. . ." I admit it, I interrupted "so you don't actually have the three new ones listed on your website?" Fast Talker: "most of the vehicles on the website say they're in transit if you look close." Me: "Most of them, but I looked very closely and three new Crosstreks are supposed to be in stock." Fast Talker: "Those must have been reserved or they just sold." Me: "They sold between the time you closed last night and the time you opened this morning? I looked at the website at 11:00 last night and they were in stock. I was here this morning before you opened the doors and they're gone." Fast Talker: "They're already sold but they still populate on the website" Me: "For a company that promises no bull, I sure heard a lot of it just now." I turned walked away. As I reached the front doors Fast Talker's speech suddenly slowed down significantly as he loudly called out "haaave a nice daaa-aay" to my back. Naturally when I turned around and asked to see the manager, he wasn't in. I was informed that I could wait for the manager in the customer lounge. So here's my takeaway: Wilsonville Subaru means the opposite of what they say. “Have a nice day” means “I hope you choke on a pretzel and die.” “New” means it's used. “Available” means it's out of stock. I'm so glad I drove all the way to flippin' Wilsonville. More
