I recently purchased a new Genesis G80 Electrified and have been trying to resolve three significant issues with my vehicle. I have tried to contact the dealer more than five times over the past two weeks, including a detailed email sent to the General Manager, Sales Manager, and my salesperson. My last email, which outlined the specific problems, was sent on Thu 8/7/2025 1:00 PM and has gone unanswered. The issues with my new G80 Electrified are as follows: 1. Body Panel Damage: three significant scuff and paint scratch on the passenger rear side rear quarter panel (lower plastic panel below the chrome line). Text with pictures sent to Fernando DosAmantes on Friday August 1st at 3:39 PM 2. Steering Wheel Scuff Marks: noticeable scuff marks on the leather of the steering wheel at the 6 o'clock position. Unidentified Object Under Vehicle: cannot identify the object but it is hanging from bottom of vehicle at approximately halfway of front driver door.
