This whole situation could have been avoided if Felix and your management team would have been transparent right from the beginning.. When I ask to see your OTD price, it was very simple what I was asking for. The suggested price of the car, minus any incentives and discounts the dealer is willing to offer. The dealer should have been willing to offer some discounts since I was aware of the invoice price of the car and dealer holdbacks. I understand the dealer still needs to make some profit, but some discount would have been nice. Second I told Felix I was not interested the KIA Care which added $2999 to the price of the car. He agreed.. So why play games and add this on to the price, then take it off, then try to make up for it by putting more money into my trade and dealer fees which only muddied up the bottom line and ended up having me finance more money than I planed. If you had worked the deal as requested, I would never had agreed to to the terms of the final deal that was worked out. I knew from my research, after discounts and incentives plus fees and taxes etc. what I was willing to pay, was a fair deal for me and Regal KIA. Next time, when you ask "what do we need to do to earn your business" do wat the customer requests up front.. Be transparent and straightforward with your numbers. It's easier than you think and you earn a lot better customer respect and rating than 2 stars
