Met with Tino Lozano and he explained everything to me without confusing me! Service was EXCELLENT!! It was a 30,000 mile service appt, it was completed in a super timely manner of 2.5 hours! Once I drove without confusing me! Service was EXCELLENT!! It was a 30,000 mile service appt, it was completed in a super timely manner of 2.5 hours! Once I drove off the lot I could definitely feel the difference as my car sounded and drove super smoothly!! Extremely HAPPY with Puente Hills Hyundai. The Pomona Fwy Hyundai is waaay better than the 10 Fwy location. Just my opinion from experience! I will be back from now on Puente Hills Hyundai!!! More

Average. Car didn’t get washed. Way too many texts/emails. Reminders are good but numerous texts AND emails that I’m late for maintenance when my car is sitti Car didn’t get washed. Way too many texts/emails. Reminders are good but numerous texts AND emails that I’m late for maintenance when my car is sitting at the dealership is overkill. I appreciated the loaner since my car had to be kept but no one told me when I was going to need the loaner, I was a waiter and went to ask after 4 hours of waiting. No one called me when it was done either, I had to call 5 days later. I received no less than 3 reminders that my car was due for service during this time as well. You had my car. My advisor seemed like he was busy and hustling but was no where to be found most of the time. More

JAVER DESERVES A RAISE! Over Labor Day weekend, my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy was being driven to Las Vegas from San Gabriel Valley. There was an odd noise, shake at fron Over Labor Day weekend, my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy was being driven to Las Vegas from San Gabriel Valley. There was an odd noise, shake at front brakes whenever applied gently or hard. Called the Hyundai Puente Hills dealership. Asked for Javer my prior aervice technician and left a voicemail. He called me a few hours later and thought it was warped front brakes. Scheduled an appointment. The appointment was Tuesday after Labor Day (holiday Monday) and Javer looked up my warranty and mileage, rotors covered. He gave us a heads up. Half his service techs called in sick and perhaps may need to leave the car overnight. The service needed was for warped front brake rotors. However, it was completed by early afternoon, washed and picked up. Been driving great since then. More

Hard pressure to perform induction service when I only was looking for a basic major service as recommended from Hyundai. Tino kept saying that the BG induction service was the recommended service. Tino c was looking for a basic major service as recommended from Hyundai. Tino kept saying that the BG induction service was the recommended service. Tino could not effectively explain what the service included. After receiving my car back from an oil change and spark plugs. The engine was running rough. The car was taken back to the dealership by my wife. Apparently the spark plugs were not gapped. Tino could not explain spark plug gap. His explanation was that “the spark plug was not straight, hopefully it doesn’t happen again.” That really instills confidence in bringing m behind back for more service. More
