Leased 2 new cars in one day from Farsy. One car on drive home had mechanical issues. Tried to get help from Farsy and sales manger but they did not help at all. I got my first Audi here 3 years ago and although my experience was great, coming back here exceeded my expectations! Farzy Rashid is truly amazing! My friend and I both walked in hoping for the best but Farzy wasn’t wrong when he said for us to come see him and he would make sure we left with a car we loved and most importantly happy and he did just that! He was able to work out a deal for both of us practically at the same time, if that doesn’t scream rockstar I don’t know what does! Farzy thank you so much for giving us an awesome experience. Met with Farzy Rashid to check out a car I was interested in. Actually let me drive it like I owned it which sold me on the car. Farzy was very cheerful and very communicative. Farzi Rashid really took care of my daughter in purchasing her first car from a dealership. As a mother, I just came along to help with the limited knowledge I have with regards to price, interest purchasing her first car from a dealership. As a mother, I just came along to help with the limited knowledge I have with regards to price, interest rates, etc. We had some difficulty with getting a full coverage car insurance policy. This was NOT the dealership’s fault, but an issue in California in general. Little did we know, it would take almost 3 weeks to get a full coverage policy. We were worried we’d lose the car due to the wait on the policy effective date. But Farzi and Audi Ontario worked with us and secured the car for us. They didn’t have to do that, but they were more than willing to. Today we were able to finish the transaction and get the car!!!! It was probably the smoothest car purchase ever. Everybody involved was very honest, professional, accommodating, kind and took the time to explain everything without being pushy. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Audi Ontario. Thank you Farzi, for helping my daughter and making this purchase happen.🙏 More
