Instead of taking accountability for selling a defective and unsafe vehicle, this dealership entirely passed the buck and pushed the repair responsibility onto Mazda. Mazda is refusing to cover it, leaving me stuck paying $2,600 out of pocket just for the steering rack, while the engine continues to malfunction. This dealership does not properly inspect their cars, and their customer service completely disappears once they have your money. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want a massive financial burden and an unsafe car." More

Michael was our initial contact upon visiting the dealership to look at a Dodge Ram 1500. While Michael and Grant tried their best to sell us the truck, the finance department was a disaster. In addition, one of the reports showed severe damage/frame damage. We were told that auctions use “a machine like an MRI” to find damage. One of my lifelong friends has been in the auto industry for over 38 years, buying cars for a large number of dealerships across Ohio and the Midwest region. When I texted her to run this explanation by her - she couldn’t quit laughing. No such concept in existence. We never should have gone to finance step, particularly in this vehicle, or at this dealership. They were willing to sell us a vehicle with known frame damage, passing it off as okay because of a non-existent machine that auctions use. I ended up having a migraine inside the dealership and handed my phone over for the rating, as I couldn’t see. Surprise! As of this moment, we are driving home in a great truck, great deal, and happy as can be. Did it come from Florida Fine Cars? It did not. We bought at a large dealership that didn’t try to grey area any information, provided us with an amazingly comprehensive report for the truck, AND secured great financing on terms that we wanted. My advice? Just no. You will be “profiled” the second you walk in. They will try every angle to sell a car. Guess they should’ve asked what my career was prior than focusing on my tattoos… No thanks. More

He helped ensure I got a fair deal for my trade-in Jessi and finance help me wrap it all up and drive off with my beautiful newer BMW. An amazing experience all in all and I truly appreciate it. Based on my experience, I would tell anyone looking for a car at a fair price without a lot of hassle to give this place a try.
