After visiting several other dealerships we decided to head over to Paramount Kia of Asheville to look at the Sorento's. Faith Pugh greeted us in the parking lot, we discussed we were just looking, not re head over to Paramount Kia of Asheville to look at the Sorento's. Faith Pugh greeted us in the parking lot, we discussed we were just looking, not really interested in having our trade evaluated just yet. Faith asked several questions to determine what our needs were going to be for a new vehicle. She showed us what was available and we proceeded on our test drive. I was not impressed with the interior color of the vehicle we drove, we actually were going to build a vehicle to the specifications we were looking for. As we waited for Faith to have our trade in evaluated, she drove up in the exact vehicle we were looking for!!! Needless to say, we purchased our new Sorento, Aaron worked with my husband on negotiations and was super nice, and patient. Faith was a Rock Star, really knowledgeable, extremely patient and spent a lot of time helping us to make a great decision. Shana helped deliver my new vehicle and was very helpful in getting things set up and getting me on the road.
