I was more than pleased with the personnel and service in the process of leasing my Cadillac Optiq. What keeps me from the 5th star is the add-on fees that add significantly to the price. For example, acquisition fee, tracking device and paint protection. These were in addition to the paperwork fee which I've come to accept and standard across the industry.
