Worst Car Buying Experience Ever Bought new car 5 weeks ago from Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham. Left the lot without any tutorial on how to use any of the features on the car. Took calling over seven times to management and finally to corporate headquarters to finally get an appointment with someone to show me how to use this technologically complex vehicle. To this day, I have not had a call from original salesman asking whether I like my vehicle. Simply mind boggling! More
