We all know the dealerships that never follow up, or 3 people follow up not knowing that someone else is assisting. GM Marcial stepped in and was down to earth while still being strictly business. He wanted to confirm some info as far as mileage, zip code for taxes and promised to call me back in 10 minutes. 10 minutes and a few seconds later we had a deal. Easy peasy. We scheduled a delivery date. Car was out side ready. Business manager Evelyn had all lease and DMV docs at the ready. In an out. Must say these 3 have a very good chemistry.
