Good Stuff: The dealership is nice enough. Parking is tough since it's such a small lot. The place is clean and presentable. Evan is a good kid. Very polite and helpful. Bad Stuff: It seems the manager (whoever it is, I never got to meet him/her) is pretty good at hiding and saying no. Evan was able to get the bad TPM sensor on the "we owe you" list. But, I have yet to receive it or get a call to schedule the replacement. I couldn't get them to include the charger with the car (seems kind of pointless to have a PHEV without a charger...) but I was able to buy one on Amazon for $120. All-in-all, not a stellar experience. I didn't haggle on the price at all, so not sure why the lack of post sale communication. I'd figure a customer who just comes in, pays your asking price and leaves would be your ideal used car customer??? But, it is what I have come to expect from dealerships lately. More

Jaylan and Mr. Kaylo did an outstanding job for me. We drove from Nashville TN to Atlanta just to get the car from Jaylan and Jim Ellis Chevrolet. I cannot say enough praise for this team!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Chevrolet car. Finally Jaylan got everything downloaded for me and even made sure the car was detailed and filled with gas knowing I have a long trip back to Nashville… More
