I shouldn't have to go to Car Max to get an appraisal just for the dealership to match their trade in. They have the ability to pay more than auction prices for trade ins and still make a profit on resale. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Evan to others and Jim Ellis considerably more than the dumpster fire experience I previously had at Carl Black in Kennesaw. Andre Thomas, the finance manager, was also great. I was very pleased with my experience working with him.

However, there were some minor issues that needed follow up and anytime we had to talk over the phone there seemed to be miscommunications and cases of overpromising and underdelivering. Our agent, Evan, was amazing and great to work with. Responsive, respectful, and helpful. Hopefully ours was an isolated experience because everything seemed great at first, then we had some issues and now everything has been resolved in a good, professional manner.
