It seems there may have been some miscommunication regarding the TPMS sensors and the pricing difference between Toyota OEM parts and aftermarket options like those at Les Schwab. The quote we provided reflects Toyota OEM parts, which do tend to differ in cost from aftermarket options, such as those at Les Schwab. OEM parts are designed specifically for your vehicle and typically come with extended warranties and reliability, which may explain the difference in pricing. We recommended replacing all four sensors because we found three were intermittently malfunctioning and wanted to ensure your safety on the road. We also apologize for the lack of courtesy during pick-up and for not providing the car wash and vacuum, as this is not the standard we aim for. Please reach out to our Service Manager, Rick Fernandez, at (503) 582-9040, so we can address your concerns directly and work towards a resolution.
