I arrived at the dealership for oil and filter change, plus tire rotation. When they attempted to rotate the tires they could not find the special lug which is needed to remove the locking lug Nut. Nowhe plus tire rotation. When they attempted to rotate the tires they could not find the special lug which is needed to remove the locking lug Nut. After calling 5-7 other dealerships to see if they would work with the wheel and tire warranty I purchased when buying my vehicle others said no and Seguin Chevy said we can give it a try.
