I arrived at the dealership for oil and filter change, plus tire rotation. When they attempted to rotate the tires they could not find the special lug which is needed to remove the locking lug Nut. Nowhe plus tire rotation. When they attempted to rotate the tires they could not find the special lug which is needed to remove the locking lug Nut.
