Ethan didn’t seem to have much knowledge about the Honda Ridgeline that we were looking at to purchase. Our insurance agent ended up emailing Ethan the binder for us to purchase the Ridgeline however, when Ridgeline that we were looking at to purchase. Our insurance agent ended up emailing Ethan the binder for us to purchase the Ridgeline however, when we got into the business office, the finance person did not have that so I had to send it to her to print it off for us. I also called yesterday afternoon and left him a message because we had left something in our vehicle that we traded in. However we never received a phone call back from him. More
