I've had an ongoing issue for more than two years now with my fuel pumps that the dealership refuses to fix. This is a warranty issue that north penn volkswagen refuses to fix. If it wouldn't be for erin with my fuel pumps that the dealership refuses to fix. This is a warranty issue that north penn volkswagen refuses to fix. If it wouldn't be for erin trotter service rep, I would not be a north penn customer. I have been a loyal customer for fifteen years now and north penn upper management doesn't care. I have submitted video evidence of an extended crank on start up, which I know is a fuel pressure issue, and it was confirmed to be the issue by service technicians at north penn. However north penn upper management refuses to fix the issue under warranty saying the extended crank does not happen when they try to start my car. Front end people at north penn are great. The managers behind desks that you never see do not care about you, hindering the service people from helping you. If it is under warranty, north penn upper management will not fix it until the warranty expires and you have to pay out of pocket. More
