I used to go to College Park Honda for all of my car purchases, however I came 3 months ago with my friend and met Mr Oz. He is wonderful, this branch is a great place because he is here. Erin, thank you for making my 2 day vehicle transaction a pleasant one. On the 1st day I visited.. Tuesday 10/13 You went above and beyond to get me the best price for the vehicle I wanted. At the end of a pleasant one. On the 1st day I visited.. Tuesday 10/13 You went above and beyond to get me the best price for the vehicle I wanted. At the end of the night and once I secured financing from my bank, I was then introduced to your manager. He came off as very rude and standoffish, especially after I declined to do financing through the dealership as he suggested because I was already approved from my bank. I definitely left the dealership contemplating if I should even return and complete my purchase. Day 2, Thursday 10/15: Erin you were awaiting my arrival and quickly started on my paperwork and even had my car sent to get detailed well before I arrived! I really appreciated that since I live over and hour away. We finished the paperwork pretty quickly! I was very happy. Although the business center was a little busy tonight and I waited for an extended period of time, I actually didn’t mind because you kept me informed the entire time and apologized for the wait. Once I made it into the business center, Jimmy Lowry completed my purchase within 25 minutes! THANK YOU ERIN AND JIMMY FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE HERITAGE FAMILY A MEMORABLE ONE!
