Unhappy with my last two oil changes due to the service. Two days ago I was told it would last approx two hours and I was there 4 (they did add a tire). I didn't leave a negative google review because I appreciate how a negative review can affect business. I hope the last two poor experiences were an anomaly. The first time my vehicle had service, they picked up my car and gave me a loaner vehicle to use. Erik explained everything they would be doing to my car and discussed future service appointments according to my warranty.. I didn't wait in the dealership waiting area, but was contacted by email and text messages informing me of that status of my service. Erik contacted me when my car was ready and said to meet him in his office. This was so different from most service departments. Erik and all of the staff are extremely professional and very customer oriented. An overall great experience! More
