I have used this dealer in the past to service my saturn ion. I was looking for a 7 or 8 passenger vehicle and decided to stop by Kelly Nissan on my way home from work. I expected to get ignored for the most, girl car shopping by herself, however I was presently surprised by my sales consultant Eric Sparrow. Eric greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a big smile. I advised him I only wanted a brochure for the Pathfinder SV and wanted to know if I could add a dvd player. Eric advised me that yes it was possible to add the dvd player, and asked me if I would like to take a look at one, and I said yes. I then asked for a 2011 leftover and he was able to find one for me. Eric sold me the car within an hour and never pushed me once. He showed me all the financing options that were available. Eric was also assisting a new sales consultant Ty C. I must say this gentleman was also very pleasant to work with. My sales consultant picked me up so that I did not have to make other arrangements to get my new vehicle. I just want to thank, Eric Sparrow, Ty C, and the entire Nissan staff for always being pleasant to work with. You have a great sales team. More

One of my biggest worries was I did not want a sales person who was pushy. Eric gave us a wonderful experience while working with him. Great car, great price and awesome sales person. Actually went to Kelly Nissan to ascertain if the deals I had been offered on the Internet were reasonable and fair. When I arrived I walked around a bit and soon a very polite sales consultant asked me if h had been offered on the Internet were reasonable and fair. When I arrived I walked around a bit and soon a very polite sales consultant asked me if he could be of assistance. I was looking for a Nissan Frontier. Eric offered to show me their large selection and he very wisely brought all the keys to all the trucks. This made it very easy for me to inspect each truck, and compare them. We took a couple of test rides and I settled on a vehicle. I had a trade, and as with all car dealerships, their is the trade in appraisal, development of the deal, etc etc and that of course takes time. Eric kept me appraised of the progress and asked if I wanted a beverage while I waited. He treated me as if my time was valuable, and that impressed me. A great deal was struck and I took delivery the next day. I have purchased and leased many, many vehicles and the experience thus far at Kelly Nissan was great. The sales consultant makes the dealership, followed by service, thus far they are Five Star. More

I rated the customer service and quality of work as good but only because I waited a decent amount of time to have the employee go over my paper work to finalize my deal. I have been shopping around for a new nissan juke for a few weeks now. I really liked the car when it came out. I tried to make a deal at a couple of other dealers but we just could not make an agreement few weeks now. I really liked the car when it came out. I am over 50, and am comfortable with internet searches to browse inventory based on what I wanted in a new vehicle. I have enjoyed owning a pick-up because of the ability to carry most anything easily. When that was not an option, as I needed a vehicle right away, I went to the dealership, explained to Eric Sparrow what I was looking for, and he delivered!! I work 'off shift', and feel more confident with a 4x4. He helped me from start to FINISH in deciding what I could, and should, have in a 4x4 that would make me feel as comfortable as my 4x4 pick-up! I love my new cross-over :) Eric Sparrow, with his knowledge, and ability to sense what I needed, and the ease of finance options he made available is the main reason I would recommend this dealership.
