Extremely Flexible When I was looking to turn in my current Altima that was a lease, I wasn't sure if we were going to take a new lease, buy my old lease outright or wal When I was looking to turn in my current Altima that was a lease, I wasn't sure if we were going to take a new lease, buy my old lease outright or walk away from the car. We also were thinking of leasing a different style car to use as our family car. With having 4 different options of what we might want to do, Don Riley helped to make each option available and then reviewed the pro/con of each for us. No pressure, very supportive of whatever direction we were going to go. Once we determined we were going to renew a new Altima, he then continued to work with us on our schedule to come in to come all the paperwork and other items to complete the deal. The manager, John Lim, laid out the various financing offers in a clear, concise manner with no pressure. He was also very accommodating as I live out of state. When I picked up the car there were no hassles. Eric Sparrow explained all of the features in an easy to understand manner and even called my insurance company while I completed the paperwork.
