We have dealt with Bill Wackerlin for many years and have always received excellent service and follow up with him. He is professional, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. Once a customer of Bill's you're always his customer well after the sale and he is always available and willing to assist you in whatever you may need. This time around Bill wasn't immediately available to speak with us and so Eric Sakumoto stepped in to assist us with questions we had regarding the vehicle we were interested in while waiting for Bill, even though he knew we would be dealing with Bill. He was very helpful and the information he provided valuable. Only a true professional would step in to do something like that knowing that in the end he would not be getting the sale. We really appreciated that. Also Chris Krueger the Finance person was also a pleasure to deal with and we felt he had our best interests in mind when providing options regarding financing and extended warranties. More

Great experience I bought a new Ford Explorer platinum from Hawk Ford 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a specific model, color, trim package and rim option. They found the exact vehicle I was looking for at a price that beat another dealership I was working with. Eric was wonderful to work with, the managers were helpful, everyone was great.
