Awesome team there at the DCH Honda from the employees helping me over the phone to the in person interaction. 10/10 did what they had to do to make sure i got into a car! I can’t say enough good things about Eric Morgenstern! I’m 63 years old and finally was able to buy my very first car was very little money. Eric worked with us every step of the way making sure that I picked the right car and never once showed any signs of losing patience with me as the process of choosing a car took quite awhile. He worked tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure that the coverage was right and that all the paperwork was in order. From beginning to end along with all the paperwork he was patient, kind, and a great joy to be around! And even after I purchased the car he gave me his number so that if I had any problems or any questions I could contact him as he made himself very available to all questions and that’s some thing that I did not expect from a car salesman.
