While Eric was wonderful, I had some issues with the dealership. Had to bring car back in to have the Oil Change status and meter in car checked and reset as it had not been. Also, was asked to sign some paperwork that was missed. When I got there to take care of paperwork I was informed that the paperwork was signed by a manager (unnamed) using my esignature from finance WITHOUT MY CONSENT! Have not received those or my finance paperwork that I was told would be emailed to me.
