The process itself was pretty easy but boy do you pay for it. Sticker price was 26,000, final price was 31,000. 2000 in taxes, 799 for a Nj imposed docking fee but the rest are dealer fees. Theres a vehicle prep fee for 499 but I’m not sure what that’s for. I didnt get a good answer. There were scratches all over the car that I think could’ve easily been buffed out or otherwise touched up. Furthermore the tail light was cracked upon final inspection. I was told they did a 182 point inspection but I don’t know how you miss a cracked tail light. Condensation was accumulating inside the light. I don’t have the car just yet so we’ll see if my concerns are addressed. It’s a used car so I’m aware there’s going to be scratches but don’t charge me a prep fee for $500 if the car is going to be exactly as it was when it was turned in. Again the process was pretty easy but there seems to be a disconnect between the salesman and the people actually doing the work on the car. And for what it’s worth I’ve brought my other car here and spent a ton of money on repairs in the last year. There’s no real loyalty program. You’d think they’d waive one of those fees considering the amount of money I’ve spent at this place in the last year, pushing 50 grand including this car. My first two oil changes are free but I think anyone who buys a car gets those. More
