But not a single person made us feel rushed or as if we were just customers to get through so that they could get to the next. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Our salesman Eric couldn’t have done a better job. He has such a warm demeanor that makes you feel like you’ve known him your whole life. We felt at ease from the start, as we just wanted a straightforward experience, and that is exactly what we got. We knew a lot had changed in the past 3 years since our last experience getting a new car, and Eric was informative about the state of the car market, and helped us set realistic expectations. We were able to sign a lease on a car I loved within a reasonable price range by today’s standards. Nick in Financing made his portion of the transaction quick and painless, without cutting any corners and still making sure we understood each document we were signing. Service like what was provided to us by Eric and Nick is what will keep us loyal to this Honda dealership in the future! More
