Excellent Customer Service with Eric and Max! What is unique about this review is that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, but the service I received from Eric Lovo and Max Moyer during the pro What is unique about this review is that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, but the service I received from Eric Lovo and Max Moyer during the process was outstanding! There were no less than 40 detailed email messages. COVID-19 has created a unique environment, and the dealership was prepared, masks were worn during the test drive, there was no buying pressure or stress, and the remote experience was exceptionally well handled. I found working among seven dealerships in this process that only a few, literally three, were willing and able to fully communicate via email (my preferred method). This included detailed quotes, explanations, negotiation, and responsiveness. Eric and Max handled it all above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle and if you are considering a BMW, I strongly recommend you give BMW of Silver Spring an opportunity to deliver your next vehicle. More

Great experience-highly recommend I contacted Joanna at the recommendation of a dear friend who had done business with this dealer and Joanna connected me with Eric in early March 2020 I contacted Joanna at the recommendation of a dear friend who had done business with this dealer and Joanna connected me with Eric in early March 2020, before the pandemic hit, just as I was starting my car shopping process. Eric was very helpful, knowledgable, professional, and not at all pushy. I put the brakes on car shopping when the pandemic hit, but returned to it around mid-June. Eric assured me that we could do more test drives and the cars would be sanitized ahead of time, so I visited for a second round of test drives. Shortly thereafter, I decided which car to buy. Eric presented me with his best price--with the pandemic incentives, he beat the low end of KBB fair market value pricing and all without the hassle of haggling. Eric and his colleague delivered the car to my home, where we signed all of the final paperwork. He made the car shopping process easy amidst the pandemic and it was basically a pleasure to do business with Eric and the folks at BMW. I highly recommend them. More
