Eric Gruendl: Car Buying at its Best! I first met Eric months ago when I was in the market for a hybrid SUV. We test drove a few vehicles, even luxury vehicles just to rule them out, all w I first met Eric months ago when I was in the market for a hybrid SUV. We test drove a few vehicles, even luxury vehicles just to rule them out, all while someone else had beaten me to the hybrid that was in their inventory. Later, I ruled out the Lexus SUV as it wasn't as comfortable as I hoped. This week I decided to get myself out of the coupe I had been driving and contacted the dealership to inquire about a 2016 Subaru Outback which had excellent reviews. Eric contacted me immediately. He was thoughtful enough to know that I had always wanted an AWD vehicle and recalled other details about our first encounter. Eric is knowledgable, professional, polite and very pleasant to work with. He and I compared notes and negotiated a deal in a matter of minutes. Honestly, car buying at its best! More
