We've been clients of Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon since 2008. I feel that Eric has brought the service dept. back to where it was prior to Covid and that's a very good place. My car battery went dead. I had it jump started by AAAand then called Herb Chambers Lexus where I bout my car in 2020. They told me to come in and they arranged for a loaner i I had it jump started by AAAand then called Herb Chambers Lexus where I bout my car in 2020. They told me to come in and they arranged for a loaner if they could not repair my car today. I saw Matt Kline and he wrote up the car. He also told me there was a recall on the air bags. I said I knew that but the part haven’t been available . He informed me that the parts were in and said he would have the recall done today. . I needed a new battery on my 4 year old car. They even washed the car and wiped down the inside.. this is the second car I have bought from Herb Chambers Lexus. More
