When I arrived at the dealership, the experience continued to be positive. Erez was respectful, patient, and easy to work with. We test drove a couple of vehicles without any pressure, and he took the time to understand my situation. He also worked with me on the trade-in in a way that made the deal possible—something not all dealers are willing to do. Overall, the process was straightforward, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Most importantly, my wife is very happy with the RX350h, and I feel good about the deal we made. When it came time to sign the sales contract, the agreed-upon terms were not honored. I rejected the purchase and went to another Lexus dealership where I closed the deal to buy the car, even at a lower price. They were transparent and courteous throughout the entire sales process. I believe Lexus North Miami took advantage of my lack of English proficiency. I will request a refund of the money given as a security deposit and I expect them to take responsibility for it. More
