For the best business practices you can imagine, go to Ocean Cadillac, ask for Maurizio Orengo: Now you are about to be dazzled, pampered, and blown out of your mind with professionalism and courtesy. Not to be confused with someone that accommodate you to get a sale, but someone that influences the outcome in your favor. And then goes above and beyond after the sale has been completed. I developed a problem sometime after the sale had been completed. I called Maurizio after I had tried and failed with my methods. He asked me why didn't I come to him first? He fixed the situation, but to my surprise, when I walked in to the office, everybody knew who I was! God, I love these guys R.L.Word More
